Tasting notes: Straw yellow in colour with golden reflections, crystal clear and moderately dense.

The bouquet is fairly intense, persistent, and elegant. Fruity and floral aromas are complemented by delicate herbal notes. Orange peel, kumquat, ginger, blackthorn blossom, and freshly cut grass are particularly noticeable.

Wine is dry, warm, and soft on the palate, with refreshing acidity and excellent flavour intensity. Elegant and well-balanced, this full-bodied wine displays remarkable harmony.

Food Pairing: Recommended with cold appetisers such as trout carpaccio, smoked goose breast, and traditional Vipava prosciutto.

It also pairs exceptionally well with the traditional Vipava Valley dish Jota, served slightly cooled.
